Matta Rice, also known as Kerala Red Rice or Rosematta, is a traditional rice variety from Kerala and coastal Karnataka. Bold, reddish-brown grains with a unique earthy flavor and chewy texture. Parboiled to retain bran layer and nutrients.
Rich in fiber, magnesium, calcium, and antioxidants. Low glycemic index compared to white rice, making it a preferred choice for daily meals. Natural red pericarp gives it the distinct color and nutty taste. 100 percent natural with no artificial polish.
