Retains wheat bran and nutrients - not refined like regular sooji. Perfect for upma, sheera/halwa, rava idli, rava dosa, kesari bath and laddoo. Rich in protein, dietary fiber, iron and B-vitamins. Lower glycemic index than regular sooji. No maida mixing, chemicals, bleach or preservatives. 100% wheat semolina.
